No complain, overall good, neat n clean beds, sheets, quilts. but strange thing is that we did not get tissue roll, soap, towel in wash room
Following important issues to be considered. 1. Washrooms having leakage. 2. Room service for pressing of clothes closes off at 6 pm means those who are coming for official work cannot avail this service thats why it is complimentary. 3. For inside parking one has to wait till 12:45 at night after closure of banquet events and one cannot park in front if hotel at evening due to banquet events which is really shocking. 4. Bugs & other flies are uncontrollable, hotel management not bother for hygiene.
It was a wonderful experience staying there. However, I'd like to point out that upon checking in, I found rat dropping on one of the quilts. Perhaps a bit of fumigation and rodent removal can greatly help improve the ambience.

Its an above average hotel. It have lift facility to move between floors. Neat and clean. It offers free breakfast, laundry press and shoe polish. Who values an economical accommodation can live here.

Its one of the best.. The hotel services ares awesome. The environment and staff is very friendly. The rooms are cozy, and room service is very good. The pool and gym are nice. The location is very central. Plus Jordan is very safe so walking around the markets in the area and eateries are nice. Their own food prices are very high though The complimentary breakfast is just superb. Great variety of all sorts, and they allow you to pack items if you want to leave quick.. Food taste overall is just splendid
Nice enough rooms with okay bathroom and shower. Unmemorable. The room service was excellent and very prompt. Unfortunately it’s a bit of a walk to the more popular spots in town and there isn’t much of interest in the immediate vicinity.
